Unfortunately, if an Arizona mortgage consumer searches for an Arizona refinance in Google, the results are mostly search engine spam (at the time of this posting).
Nine out of ten results displayed are not legitimate Arizona mortgage companies, but only SPAMMERS who want to do one or all of the following things:
1. Get you to click on Google Adsense ads.
2. Get you to click on an affiliate link, so they can send you to an expensive retail lender, like Lending Tree.
3. Foul up the search engine results to confuse Arizona mortgage consumers.
Whether you are an Arizona citizen looking for an Arizona refinance, or a mortgage company in Arizona yourself, these results hurt all of us.
Another common spam technique that runs rampant in the mortgage loan industry:
Mortgage companies that have a different website for every city they do business ineven though they really do not have locations in that particular city.
If you search for a Scottsdale, Arizona mortgage company for example call the business and ask them for the address of their Scottsdale location.
If they dont have a Scottsdale location, but they have an address like www.your-SCOTTSDALE-AZ-Mortgage-Company.com they are spammers liars.
Why would you want to talk with spammers about anything, much less something as important as a mortgage refinance?
Please allow me to provide you with some advice you dont want to deal with liars when you refinance your mortgage.
They might be a legitimate mortgage lender, but why would you want to deal with any company that resorts to owning 50 different mortgage websites, just so that they can try to prevent you from shopping around for the best Arizona mortgage rates?
When you click on five websites during your search, and they are all owned by the same company, congratulations! You just got Google-spammed.
Those are called doorway pages and they are against Googles guidelines and harmful to the citizens of Arizona (or where ever you may reside).
